Exploring the Entrepreneur in You (EEY)
We have been discussing
many aspects of Multi-Level Marketing in our blogs. Still while on
recruitment, people put up this statement,
“After
all it’s about catching people to do work so
that you will earn money. I can’t do it. It’s wrong. I
can’t make a man gullible and earn money”.
When more number of
people say like this in different forms, sometimes even the networker
starts thinking whether this type of statements have some value. It
starts reinforcing in his mind when income sometimes drops. This I
have seen, not only in India, but even in many advanced countries
where I had been for promotional purposes.
NEED
TO RECAST THE BELIEF
When more people told
me about such talk going on in the market place, I thought of a
programme which will help to recast certain beliefs about this system
of earning income.
It must be understood that this is an alternate business model. That’s all. Saying this is easy. Accepting it is difficult for many people. It’s still more difficult for many to convince a prospect.
Therefore I had
designed a Training Module with active participation from my
upline/sponsor Mr.N.Venkataramani and decided to conduct the
programme.

Manager Mumbai ably organized a 2 day seminar and it was welcomed by
every participant and in the coming months, sales will definitely
improve in the Maharashtra region. The objective of the programme is
not on improving sales. It’s on bringing about a fundamental change
in the minds of people, who do this business, and removal of any
mental blocks which will equip them to face challenges and come out
successful, rather than getting bogged down on certain roadblocks
they face in the market place.

The market launch of
EYPD took place in 2 most important cities of India and they are
excellent business spinning territories for DXN in India. They are:
DXN youth and seniors
alike participated in this 4 hours seminar. Many of them travelled
from distances as far as 600 Kilo meters.

the Tamilnadu State Manager Mr.Ashok Sundarrajan. Both of them worked over night for well over 2 months to make this programme successful. The motivation they gave the senior leaders worked so well. Senior leaders in both the territories wanted to derive the best of benefit from the programme for their teams and towards achieving the same they unleashed huge promotion in their teams bringing in large numbers of youthful DXN members.
Campaign
TN 2C
Currently the Tamilnadu
sale is around Rs 1.30 CR. Youthful and senior members have fixed a
target of Rs 2 CR to achieve in 2013 in Tamilnadu and a CAMPAIGN
TN 2C has been launched during the
EYPD meeting.
During the campaign
period whosoever DXN members meet they will shake hands and say TN
2C all through the year 2013
reminding every member of their commitment to do Rs 2 CR.
Response
The audience response
was very positive in the sense that they see new market awareness for
promotion of products. This awareness opens up new opportunities for
growth of products and income for the promoters. The large and
growing market size gives hope that a sustained promotion will
enhance sustained income. New techniques taught empower the members
to promote in a professional manner.

These
are natural questions that creep in the mind when one reads the
topic.
By
explosion a thing spreads far and wide.
For
such an explosion to spread far and wide it must have tremendous
energy.
The
purpose of explosion is to reach a larger segment of the society so
that everyone that is exposed to the product and the power of the
plan can certainly be benefitted on using the product and enrich him
with sharing of the same with others.
The
large number of DXN youth that attend our meetings need to be infused
with such material so that they understand the inherent benefits that
can accrue to them when they explode in their respective market
place.
Now,
this requires a critical re-look into various aspects of Market &
Market Understanding and present in a module.
Towards
achieving this, I had taken video shoot of many TSI achievers from
India who came to Bangkok Thailand in November 2012, in Hindi and
some promising youth performers in Tamilnadu India.
The
pilot presentation was made in Pune in India with thumping success.
It will be followed in Goa on 13 Jan 2013 & Coimbatore on 20 Jan
2013.
