WHY WOMEN ARE THE BIGGEST EMERGING MARKET?


Why do the B C G findings say that women are the biggest emerging market globally? Broad reasons for this may be deduced as follows :

A perceptible change is seen in the vision segment. What is this vision segment? 
 
TUNNEL VISION & SCATTERED VISION
Tunnel is dark but to see light in the tunnel one needs Focus. Women are by nature bestowed with Tunnel Vision. They can focus on anything much better compared to men. A very simple example will prove this. When going to a marriage function or any place where there is a large crowd, women can exactly pinpoint the jewel another woman was wearing, the sari color someone was wearing etc. The same thing, a man cannot recall with perfection. This is because of their Tunnel Vision capacity. It’s nature’s gift to them because in the good old days clear demarcation was done in societies, that women will look after families and children and men will earn for the family. In order to discharge such duties they needed strong focus.

Men by nature have the Scattered Vision as they have to find ways and means for earning. Opportunities are scattered. Multi tasking competencies are called for to excel in their field of activity. Therefore it is necessary for men to have a scattered vision and they are bestowed with the same.

However both vision types have their own strengths and weaknesses. While Tunnel Vision ensures safety, carefulness and a sense of looking thru, it shrinks their concentration to singleness. While Scattered Vision enhances multi tasking capability, hard physical work capacity etc, it derails them as they are not focused on the activity.

VISION SHIFT
However in these days women started competing with men in every field of activity and they excel more than men in many areas. For the past 10 years in any school or university examinations, it’s the women who score higher marks than men. This is not confined to India but is seen all over the world. This means that given an opportunity women can excel even in business. Because they have this Tunnel Vision they can focus on the nitty-gritty’s of the business. There is a very clear shift seen in the vision capacities of women from Tunnel to Scattered Vision. This has to be harnessed for their economic well being and that of their families.
 
TRAINING WOMEN
Since women-centric strategies are not seen anywhere, the MLM Business offers excellent opportunities for women. Specific women-centric strategies are required to be drawn by trainers. Core women groups must be created and they should be trained thoroughly into the vagaries of business. They must be empowered to perform and have enough material to train others as well.

Pune Conclave
The previous week Pune Conclave of Women Empowerment Meeting is a step in the right direction. I have seen in Europe a similar splurge of women in all my meetings where ever I went. 






Ms. Jane Yau, Ms. Kamsiah in Malaysia, Ms. Ulrike Cintron in Germany, Ms. Zuzana Kormanova, Ms. Zuzana Londinova in Slovakia, Ms. Ester in Austria, Ms. Dagmar in Czech Republic, Ms. Swathi Deokar, Ms. Vandana Shinde, Ms. Savita Deokar, Ms.Sushma Ahir, Ms. Nita Kamble in Pune are some of the examples of lead ladies. There are still many, but for want of space I am limiting with this. But on occasions I will bring others also to light.

Women as gender are, in Hindu culture, referred to as “Shakthi”, meaning Powerful. Rightly it is said so, as the modern research of our times proves.

B C G is one of the world’s most reputed consulting organizations. In one of their studies they have brought out the following.

More than 150 women attended in a packed hall for a two day conclave. Together with him local leaders like Santhosh Devkar, Eknath Kumbar, Praveen Salunke, Maharaj & others promoted vigorously for the conclave. Panel of speakers included Dr. Malati Ramani, Mr. N. Venkataramani (both pioneer leaders of India) and me. Topics of discussion included,

2. M to M ( Menarche to Menopause) and role of  
     Ganoderma

Participation of the audience was extremely fine. The women showed lots of enthusiasm and commitment to take the DXN business forward in Pune.

BRATISLAVA - SLOVAKIA

With a view to holding aloft the DXN flag in Europe, a careful plan was crafted by the International Marketing Director, Mr. Jijith. As a participant in the plan, along with him I landed in Vienna on 31st May 2012 on the way to Bratislava the capital of Slovakia.

EUROPEAN UNION
 

East European countries and a few in the western part like Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain have all formed a union called European Union and have a common currency called EURO. There are of course some countries, they are in the union but opted to have their own currency like Hungary. For decades these countries were in State Controlled economy behind the Iron Curtain and in a union called Comintern. No private enterprise; no freedom of speech and business; everything under government control. After the collapse of the Berlin Wall, freedom to do business and own properties and private enterprise started flowing. 

They are still in transition form. But this gives tremendous opportunity for MLM Business, more so for DXN, as its model is ONE WORLD ONE MARKET and products wellness related. One can earn and recruit cutting across boundaries of Independent States. I brought out all these in my presentations.

BRATISLAVA


Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia has plenty of castles, some built even 900 years ago. Superbly positioned on two sides of the Danube River which runs across Europe, it's a city of castles.


1ST DXN OFFICE OF EUROPE

The first office of DXN in Europe was opened in Bratislava. Daxen Slovakia S.R.C. locatedin # 1, Victori Nova, is a cute, all in one office, with sufficient space for storage, meetings, office etc. It provides an excellent ambiance and positive vibration for distributors and the staff alike to do business in an atmosphere of peace and happiness. 

Headed by Ms. Zuzana Kormanova as Country Manager, she is well assisted by a team of young enthusiastic staff ever ready to lend a helping hand to distributors. At the moment stocks are being sent by courier to all other countries. Up to Euro 500 orders, courier charges are free. If you have any members in that region you may ask them to buy from Slovakia office instead of sending from your own place. 

We conducted 2 meetings here, one for all distributors and the other for local leaders. A brainstorming session conducted revealed that they wanted to get full information on products and later on promotion. I had conducted a powerpoint presentation on Ganotherapy   and offered practical guide for promotion.


ODSTRANIT / CHRANIT

The popular promotion theme of RG / GL in Slovak language is what you read above. Distributors were taught the way of products promotion of various products thru 10 Sec Opener concepts.
Leaders  from Czech Republic also attended the sessions. Every country translation into their own language is needed throughout Europe.

Our next destination was Hungary.

It was a fine Sunday. The lovely breeze of the morning was just passing over the body leaving a special sense of warmth and down the spine it titillated the whole body. The mood was great and provided an excellent happiness in the mind increasing the Endorphin levels. Guess who got into this mood.

  The Creator! Yes The Creator of this Universe!

In such a great mood, He could not resist the flow of his energy. He just took a canvas; a variety of colors and just sprinkled them as he liked; as he wished. It just took a few minutes for Him to do that. He was not satisfied. Again he brought out all his Divine Powers and completed the artistry work. 
 


There were gardens, plants, mountains, rivers, flowers of all colors, trees, fruits, landscapes, and snowy mountains; He ordered the Sun not to be so harsh but to be more considerate in giving his heat; He ordered the Wind to give some extra coolness; He ordered the Rain to use sprinklers while pouring water so that the small plants He had created are not affected. He sent the colored canvas straight down to earth and Man named it as E U R O P E
 
Yes Friends!
This is Europe! God’s hand could be seen everywhere in the landscape. Lovely land; more lovely people; eatables in plenty; variety in shopping; great opportunity for growth; what to do with all this?

Yes! Business! DXN business!! Our International Marketing Director Mr. Jijith and I together spent over 20 days reinforcing the growing DXN business there.

Friends,
I’m meeting you thru my blog after a long time. I was on continuous tour in Malaysia and India and hence could not concentrate on writing.
As you know, Asia is DXN’s forte. Although it has spread far and wide in the world map cutting across continents, strong anchoring is seen only in Asia. This had been possible because of a solid work put up by our dedicated DXN distributors. However, the time has come for us raise the DXN flag high in other continents as well.
As part of such an effort, I will be touring Eastern Europe extensively in the month of June 2012. Europe should be the next target area for us to grow. Let us take some of our products and try to create 10 Sec Openers for them.

Now let’s create 10 Sec Opener.

Training Lesson 26 : 10 Sec Openers

Tata understood the PERCEIVED NEEDS of the customer. They created a small, fuel efficient but more spaced car, “Indica” and positioned it as “more car per car”. This statement simply conveyed that Indica is a spaced small car, but at the same time was fuel efficient.  
This simple Positioning Strategy conveyed the right meaning and translated a statement into success. Tata Indica became a stunning success in India. Coining such Position Statements for every product and conveying will spell success and if the quality of the product is maintained, it will permanently occupy a strong space in the customer’s mind and will make him a LOYAL CLIENT.

Communication Bridge
We have seen earlier, for a business transaction, two people are necessary. One is the seller and the other buyer. In order for the customer to make a buying decision, your product needs to penetrate into his mind and occupy a space.
The route thru which you traverse into his mind is called the Communication Bridge. The bridge must be strong otherwise travelling will be difficult. You may fall down meaning; your Communication has to be 

 


Your communication is all excellent as above. Still, you have not entered his mind. His mind is locked. You need a key to unlock his mind.



10 Sec Openers

Unlocking the key should not take too long a time. It’s like unlocking your door key. You wouldn’t take more than 10 seconds. It’s the same thing here also. 



10 Sec Openers are statements that work as keys to open the closed MIND of the customer.

These are statements that exactly reflect what the customer has been waiting for or he is seeing as a new opportunity or he is uncovering as a new utility or he starts perceiving as a new experience. The moment the statement is made, his MIND instantly opens up.


Immediately, without waste of time, detouring and unnecessary talk, straight give product info and reinforce with benefits.

Help the customer to make decision by closing techniques and wrap up the interview. This is the process.


How to prepare 10 Sec Openers
10 Sec opener statements are derived from two parts of any product, i.e. FEATURES & BENEFITS. It should reflect either one of them or both of them and linked to the Customers Benefit.
You can prepare any number of 10 Sec Openers for a product. Each of them however should follow the above procedure. It’s very easy to prepare. By practice and little reflection in your mind you can master the technique of 10 Sec Opener preparations.
