We had seen that the market place is made up of various segments. Each of them offers opportunity for product promotion. However careful selection of them plays a vital role in quickly and firmly establishing and growing products and your income as well.

OPPORTUNITY ANALYSIS

A recent survey of the Indian population has revealed the following vital statistics.

 
A careful analysis of the above will show,

1. Total Market Size. 

2. Female population and the Ratio suggest that, given the current education levels and growth of  industry and corporates, this segment offers very  
huge business opportunity.

3. Baby Boomers population is close to 50% of Total Population

BABY BOOMERS

This is the workforce of any nation. These are the wheel spinners of economy of any nation. The larger their population the greater is the growth potential. A cursory look at the above data will show that INDIA IS A VERY YOUNG NATION with its 50% of the population consisting of Baby Boomers. For the next 35 years they can generate revenue for their families (assuming the retirement age to be 60 years) and push the economy of the country forward. If you are able to harness their power your team will grow for the next 35 years. Assuming that you are in the early 40s, your own earning potential is for the next 20 years. Whereas if you recruit 5 persons in the age group of 25 years, your earning potential will grow by another 35 years from each of them, apart from your own 20 years. Just imagine how your economic life would be.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

The next segment is Women. The Female to Male ratio is reducing. That means the women segment of the population also offers huge business opportunity as good as the male segment. So if you are able to create Women Centric programmes it will be a tremendous hit for your economic growth and that will enhance their quality of life as well.

NEED FOR EXPLODING THE YOUTH POWER

There is a little lack of understanding in some people about Multi-Level Marketing business and the Conventional business. They think that MLM business is just sharing of their personal experience of the product benefits & the plan and Conventional business is advertising and promotion through various channels to reach the Consumer.

BEST NETWORK EARNER

This is only partially true, in the sense that the ultimate target is the Consumer. Without that Great Personality no product will ever see the light of day. MLM is just not simply sharing of the product experience and the plan. To reach the Consumer all the marketing paraphernalia has to be in place as in Conventional marketing system. Only the route to reach the Consumer is different. If this is clearly understood, then MLM workers will become more professional in their approach to their Consumers. When more and more MLM workers transform themselves as Professional Marketers, the company which has more such workers will one day be the BEST MLM Company in the world. And the team which has more such members will be one of the best performing and earning teams.

MLM companies provide products and plan. Therefore the responsibility of transforming a worker into a marketer rests with the concerned worker only. Leaders play a pivotal role in the transformation process.

Conventional marketing companies undertake certain process before launching of their product in the market.

All these are also integral ingredients of the MLM business. If any of them are lacking that company cannot survive for long :
MARKET, MARKETING & TRAINING
We are now going to spend some time on Market and Marketing, although other areas are equally important, for the current subject of Youth Explosion we will focus on these two elements only.

Market by definition is the place where things happen. If it’s sales, then it’s known as Market Place. This place consists of clusters of people which may include children, men, women, adults, seniors, sick, healthy, working people, idlers, rich, poor, wealthy, students, sportsmen and so on. Each of them is different Segments in the Market Place. The product in question must suit any of these or all of these segments. 
For e.g., a product is suitable for a single segment only, an extended product benefit will expand that market in the same segment. That will be decided by the Marketing Strategy.

Marketing is the strategy by which you approach the constituents in the Market Place. There are ever so many strategies companies employ to get a fair market share for their products. For our current subject we are going to see 2 Marketing Strategies and Market Segment. What are those?

EXPLODING THE YOUTH POWER OF DXN









These are natural questions that creep in the mind when one reads the topic. 
By explosion a thing spreads far and wide. 
For such an explosion to spread far and wide it must have tremendous energy. 
The purpose of explosion is to reach a larger segment of the society so that everyone that is exposed to the product and the power of the plan can certainly be benefitted on using the product and enrich him with sharing of the same with others. 

The large number of DXN youth that attend our meetings need to be infused with such material so that they understand the inherent benefits that can accrue to them when they explode in their respective market place.
Now, this requires a critical re-look into various aspects of Market & Market Understanding and present in a module.
Towards achieving this, I had taken video shoot of many TSI achievers from India who came to Bangkok Thailand in November 2012, in Hindi and some promising youth performers in Tamilnadu India.

The pilot presentation was made in Pune in India with thumping success. It will be followed in Goa on 13 Jan 2013 & Coimbatore on 20 Jan 2013.
