NEWTON’S LAW & BUSINESS

Sir Isaac Newton
Most quoted Newton’s Law of Motion is the third law.   However, there are two more laws of Newton. 
Of them we will take up for discussion, the 1st law.

 
Law of Inertia
It states that,


Business relevance: Part 1
When a person either does not do any activity but only expects positive results to come, he is in a state of Inertia. When he does the same style of functioning but does not try out any new ideas to improve but only blames that he is not getting positive results, then also he is in a state of Inertia. This means he remains in the same place where he has been all along. No positive result will come to him for ever. History is replete with people who have broken the barrier of Business Success by coming out of Inertia.

As the Newton’s 1st Law of Motion Part 1 states, a person who is STATIC (inertia) will never be successful in business.

Part 2 Success & Failure
There are examples of people who have been achieving continuous success. There must be some reasons for this. Let us list a few.

a) They are single minded in their direction.

b) They are not easily swayed by people who are negative (unbalanced forces that stop the motion of success).

c) Even if they encounter some huddles they will calmly analyse reasons and take course corrections rather than simple blame.

d) They understand that in business there are bound to be ups and downs and they have to be taken in their stride.

e) Never give up attitude. 


We can go on listing more and more. I leave it to
your choice. Find out for yourself more such qualities so that you can imbibe them in you and be a member of the SUCCESS CLUB.
 
As per Newton’s law these people even if they come across unbalanced forces in their business life (known as dream stealers) never recognize them and keep going forward. Therefore they continue to be on the Success Direction with Success Speed all the time. 

 
Their Wheels of Success never stops.
 

 
Simultaneously, look at people who are either failures or achieve success once in a while; you will find that they give in easily to unbalanced forces in the market, in their close associates, families, friends circles and so on. They don’t apply their mind rightly.

BUSINESS – A “3D” DIMENSION

In a business building session through network marketing, I was telling that network marketing is not a simple system of making money. It’s to be understood as a “Business Model”

REACH the Consumer

Like electronic media and print media ads; leaf inserts through newspapers; ethical promotion through doctors as in the case of pharmaceutical products; network marketing is also a Business Model. 
Whatever be the model,  the ultimate   objective  of   marketing   is to REACH the consumer. After reaching him, the whole process of convincing starts. However the first step is to reach the user. Once you are marketing something – be it a physical product, a virtual product, or a concept - in actual terms you are in business. Once you started the process of convincing and at the end of the spectrum the prospect makes a buy and pays money, the business cycle completes. If you put that process into a form of a Spectrum it will look like this,

In any business model the first step is to get the "Attention" of the prospect and the final step is the "Action" of Buying by him and paying.
Hence to be successful in any business this process of AIDA is inevitable. The process to complete a Business Cycle takes its own sweet time. You can’t shove into the prospect at first sight. Therefore if you are in business you need lots and lots of patience. Those who are “Patience Masters” are sure to win. 
Impatience is the first enemy for a business person.


3D Business Dimension
Coming to our current topic, Business (which includes Network marketing) to be successful the “Business Driver” that’s YOU requires a 3D dimension attitude. That is


If you want to be a successful Network Businessman, you must be the Master of all the 3Ds.

Well before you go out to the market to meet the prospect, firstly you must jot down in writing your DREAM 
 
Once that’s set, it should not be a day dream. Therefore whatever impediments that come in the way your mind must be so strong to surmount them and that requires DETERMINATION

Simple Dream & Determination are insufficient recipes for successful cooking of the business. Therefore you must develop an attitude of DEDICATION to your predetermined DREAM.

It’s absolutely in your hands to be successful in business – in Network Business – and the only demand on 
YOU is BE A MASTER OF 3D

I WANT TO BE HEALTHY.... I WANT TO BE WEALTHY

 
This is the core of DXN products health benefit if one consumes and the system of getting economic benefit if one chooses to make as a career. 
The same theme was taken up for a seminar first in Chennai India. Success of this programme was extended to other parts of India, i.e. Ahmedabad, Gujarat State.

On 21st Sunday December 2014 the seminar was organized at the DXN office in Ahmedabad. The hall capacity of the hall was 100. However the crowd swelled to over 170. People from as far as over 350 KMs had come to attend the seminar. Many had come with their family. The seminar started at 10.30 am and ended at 5.30 pm as planned.


Highlight of the meeting was, it was attended by Dr.G.R.Talsania, (retd) Director of the Medical Council of Gujarat Government and many other doctors. He sat throughout the day and contributed in the seminar too. His presence and talk motivated the participants.



Another important highlight was after the seminar, the counter sale was over Rs 50000/- and many leaders had expressed desire for the same programme in other parts also.

Hats off to the organizers led by Mr. Ved Prakash, his staff colleagues and leaders who had promoted the seminar and motivated distributors to attend the seminar.
