We have seen that Training is Transferring Power of Performance. Transformation comes first with the self. Acquired Transformation comes when the trainee is able to understand and adopt the material. For that he has to ready himself first. Any attempt either by him or by others to short circuit such a transformation will end in disaster. There is a good lesson to learn from the butterfly.
Butterfly Metamorphosis
One day a beautiful, colorful butterfly laid an egg. The small egg started growing as a Caterpillar (larva stage). In this stage he had no work other than eating. By enormous eating it acquired and stored huge energy. After some time it grew as a Chrysalis (pupa).
At this stage its anatomical structures started growing. After it had matured, it struggled to break open its covering. After much effort it came out and started flying. When it flew, many were attracted towards its beauty. For adults and children alike, it’s such a gift to watch a butterfly. This is known as metamorphosis or transformation.

However one day a person saw an immature pupa struggling inside its covering in his garden tree. He thought that he should give a helping hand to free that pupa. So he used his nail to make a small opening so that the pupa will come out and fly. The immature pupa came out but alas! He could not fly. He saw all his other brothers and sisters are so happily flying and he couldn’t.
Trainee & Butterfly
This is exactly what happens in business. Unless you are fully mature it is no use attempting to do business immediately even if you are induced by others. Like a butterfly going thru the metamorphosis you also have to undergo proper training before you launch yourself into the business orbit.

Just because one has been in the MLM Business for a long time or he holds a bigger pin position it doesn’t mean he can be rocket flying. As soon as the fuel is over the rocket will fall. One has to undergo the business process. Then sky is not the limit. You can fly anywhere and you can help others as well.
